This Privacy Policy explains how Rail Dispatch ("the app," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the app.

Information Stored on Your Device

The app stores game progress, star ratings, hint usage, language preference, sound preference, and cached app configuration locally on your device. This information is used to provide the game's features and preserve your settings. It is not uploaded as part of a user account, because the app does not provide accounts or cloud saves.

Information Sent to Our Configuration Service

When the app starts, it may contact our configuration service to obtain app entry settings, update information, support links, and advertising settings. The request may include the app version, build number, app identifier, device platform, and language or locale. Like most internet services, the server may also receive your IP address and standard request information needed for security, delivery, and troubleshooting.

Advertising

The app may display banner ads and optional rewarded ads provided by Google Mobile Ads. Rewarded ads are shown only after you choose to request an additional hint. We request non-personalized ads; however, Google and its partners may still process information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver, limit, secure, and measure ads.

Information We Do Not Request

The app does not require an account and does not request your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone, camera, or health information. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention and Your Choices

You can remove locally stored game data by deleting the app. Server request records, if retained, are kept only as reasonably necessary for service security, operation, and troubleshooting. Information processed by Google is retained according to Google's policies and controls.

Children's Privacy

Rail Dispatch is not directed specifically to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review the request.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the latest version took effect.
